On dépose les plaintes auprès du Procureur du Tribunal de Grande Instance de sa juridiction.
Dans l'Hérault, il y a 2 TGI: Béziers et Montpellier.
En résumé, si vous dépendez de la sous-préfecture de Béziers, votre TGI est celui de Béziers.
Si vous dépendez de la sous-préfecture de Lodève ou directement de la préfecture de Montpellier, votre TGI est celui de Montpellier.

Si vous n'êtes pas sûr, il suffit de connaître votre code postal et de se rendre sur le site du Ministère de la Justice.
