Malgré l’opposition et la mobilisation de nombreux directeurs, parents et citoyens contre la base élèves, malgré le blocage de formations de directeurs au logiciel B.E, les nombreuses prises de position des élus, l’administration continue à vouloir imposer ce fichage des enfants, décidé sans la moindre consultation, ni avec les parents, ni avec les instituteurs. Les directeurs d’école récalcitrants sont sanctionnés et d’autres, harcelés, menacés, cèdent aux pressions et renseignent Base-élèves souvent contre l’avis d’une partie ou de la totalité des parents concernés. Ignorés et méprisés dans nos droits et revendications, il est temps que nous entamions une action en justice. Conseillés et soutenus par des hommes de loi et notamment par le Syndicat des Avocats de France, le Collectif National de résistance à Base Elèves (CNRBE) répertorié les différentes atteintes aux lois et conventions relatives à la protection de la vie privée, aux droits de l’Homme et de l’enfant. Cette plainte pénale contre X déposée par des parents « simultanément » dans toute la France permettra enfin de faire entendre notre voix !
