Une plainte peut être déclarée non recevable par un procureur, mais est regardée avec plus d’attention si elle est soutenue par un avocat, ce qui est le cas dans l'Hérault où maître Jean-Jacques Gandini, du Syndicat des Avocat de France nous défendra.
