Ces modèles sont pré-remplis avec l'adresse du procureur du tribunal dont vous dépendez (Béziers ou Montpellier), et le nom de l'avocat.
Concrètement, une fois le bon modèle téléchargé et imprimé, vous n'avez qu'à remplir la première page, et à signer à la dernière page.
Des pièces sont à fournir: certificat de scolarité et photocopie du livret de famille.
Une fiche d'aide, elle même à remplir si vous envoyez ou déposez à un correspondant local la plainte, est à télécharger dans la même rubrique.

Vous pourrez ensuite envoyer vos plaintes à l'adresse départementale prévue (par voie postale à vos frais), ou la déposer localement en contactant auparavant un correspondant de votre secteur.
Les plaintes pourront aussi être remise lors des réunions d'information locales (voir le calendrier), ou à défaut le jour du dépôt des plainte, au tribunal.
